★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy pequeña, buenas instalaciones pero no podía bajar mi mochila al sueño porque estaba mojado en todos los lugares y no había lugares disponibles para sentarse. Hay baños :) y cambiadores de bebé
Very small, good facilities but I could not lower my backpack to sleep because it was wet in all places and there were no places available to sit. There are toilets :) and baby changers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La central a pesar de ser pequeña cuenta con buenas instalaciones, lastima que no se pueda decir lo mismo del personal de Estrella de Oro que les hace falta organización al menos en temporada alta ya que tuve una mala experiencia, por que hicieron un relajo en 3 autobuses estaba ahi 5 min antes de mi salida y me dijo un chavo que ya habia perdido mi autobus cuando ni siquiera era la hr de salida, solo que ellos ineficientemente cambiaron a personas de autobus por que no sabian que hacer con la salida que tenian atrasada de un autobus, fue mala experiencia por que no aceptan sus responsabilidades. lastima!!!
The plant despite being small has good facilities, it is unfortunate that the same can not be said of the staff of Estrella de Oro that they need organization at least in high season since I had a bad experience, because they made a relax in 3 buses were there 5 min before my departure and a guy told me that I had already lost my bus when it was not even the departure hr, only that they inefficiently switched to bus people because they did not know what to do with the departure they had delayed from a bus, it was a bad experience because they don't accept their responsibilities. pity!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Además del servicio regular, cuenta con servicio Diamante a DF. Hay un minisuper y baños para hombres y mujeres en la Terminal. La sala de espera es amplia y comoda, sólo que con ventanas tan grandes entra mucha luz y calor del sol. Buena ubicación. La venta de boletos suele ser muy lenta cuando hay 4 o 5 personas en la fila de la taquilla. Hay servicio de taxi seguro.
In addition to the regular service, it has a Diamond service to DF. There is a mini-supermarket and bathrooms for men and women in the Terminal. The waiting room is spacious and comfortable, only with such large windows a lot of light and heat from the sun enters. Good ubication. Ticket sales are usually very slow when there are 4 or 5 people in the box office line. There is safe taxi service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased return tickets to Mexico city to Acapulco on line. OK on the way there but the return bus station was an hour's taxi ride from the station we arrived at. Couldn't organise a P up in a brewery.
