HORROR STORY !!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Gerardo Arcega is a psychotic psychopath who came to give me the samples of 3 types of jewelery boxes, he asked me to pay for the samples / samples and he told me that they would be in 3 days, I made the deposit that same day because the boxes were urgent . Two days later I spoke to see how the samples were going and he pretended to be his brother Victor and invented that he lost them in an Uber, that he gave him another three days, the days passed and I dialed him because he never followed up and now he invented I was very sick and had to get some scans. I dialed him again to know what was going to happen and again he passed himself off as his brother and told me to go to the workshop so he could see the samples that were going to leave them in charge, I went to another person and he told me that they had not said nothing, this person gave me Victor's phone and it was that I was able to talk to him for the first time and he told me that he was not aware of anything about these boxes. He made me lose fifteen days and also told his brother Victor that he never received the deposit. Mr. Victor was very formal in making the refund and NEVER DID IT! DO NOT BUY WITH THEM, ARE VERY INFORMAL !!!

I will never buy here again, very bad experience with these people, terrible service. Avoid the bad time and courage do not buy with these guys!
