La casa è spaziosa, ben attrezzata (cucina, tavolo e divano, aria condizionata, phon) ed arredata con uno stile davvero particolare. L'abbiamo prenotata via Airbnb, e le indicazioni fornite dagli host sono state utilissime per goderci al meglio Tulum. Con le bici in dotazione alla casa in circa 15 minuti è comodissimo raggiungere l'area archeologica di Tulum e Playa Paraiso. Nei dintorni si trova un supermercato aperto sino a tardi ed uno Starbucks. Assolutamente raccomandata!
We stayed at the Caoba home for two nights, during our Mexico tour. We really had a great time. The house is spacious, well equipped (kitchen, table and sofa, air conditioning, hairdryer) and furnished with a very particular style. We booked it via Airbnb, and the directions provided by the hosts were very useful for getting the most out of Tulum. With the bikes supplied to the house in about 15 minutes it is very convenient to reach the archaeological area of Tulum and Playa Paraiso. Nearby there is a supermarket open until late and a Starbucks. Absolutely recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La locación del estudio está súper bien, tan solo a cuadra y media de la carretera federal. Está cómodo y tiene lo que se necesita para preparar algo de comer, ver alguna película y descansar. La única cuestión es que si tienes prisa para entrar o salir del estudio tienes que abrir el candado de la reja y después dos más de la puerta de madera. Fuera de eso lo demás es muy práctico.
The location of the studio is super good, just a block and a half from the federal highway. He is comfortable and has what it takes to prepare something to eat, watch a movie and rest. The only thing is that if you are in a hurry to enter or leave the studio you have to open the lock on the gate and then two more on the wooden door. Outside of that, the rest is very practical.
