Terrible service. I was a client for 5 years, and I can confirm that its quality in every way has decreased considerably. The lady at the reception (I think her name is Gabi) is disastrous and rude, when you arrive they make you wait more than 15 minutes even if you have an appointment, but if you take more than 10 minutes they no longer attend to you, there were times when they did not have registered my appointment. The horrible application of nails in the last 3 occasions that I went, crooked, super thick and they do not know how to apply effects (sugar effect fell on me right there, they applied it again and when I got out of the car it no longer had an effect), in addition to that I have had to listen when they speak ill of the clients for not leaving a tip (note!: it is not an obligation to leave them a tip since you pay for a service that by the way is not cheap, in addition to the fact that if they do not do their job well they cannot demand anything) , and of course! Their talks and comments are out of place (be careful! They are girls and minors), the application of eyelashes disappointed me in the last two applications, they fell off in less than a week... I will not go back and recommend them obviously no! !, on the contrary!

Excellent service, and quality, good treatment. My recommendation is to be very explicit when making the appointment, whether for nails, touch-ups, etc. If they need extra time or something because it has happened to me that they do not give you the necessary time to complete a service. Of all the places it is my favorite for the friendly treatment.

Sadly I don't know what happened to them. They mistreated my hands and nails. Besides that they made me lousy.
