Excellent inn-type hotel, it has an electric stove, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, covered dishes, glasses, they offer towels, bath soap, toilet paper, tv, wifi, A / C, barbecue area, bicycle rental service, bus 4 blocks away, liquor store, supply, greengrocers, drinking water and street food within 2 blocks, orientation and exclusive attention. 100% recommendable

The comments and photos are surely old. I stayed with my husband 4 days closing 2019 and the place is ugly, neglected. The photo of the terraces is false, the old mattresses, the broken bed, we had to sleep on the floor, there are cockroaches, a damaged TV, the Host is never there, the neighborhood does not look good I would not give it a 2. It does not I recommend or would go back. Coments and photos must be old, terrace is not as in the picture, I was there by dec 31st 2019, The place is filthy, roaches and all, broken bed frame, old mattress, had to put it on the floor, ugly neighborhood 45 min walk to beaches, host absent never giving useful information. Don't recommend it, Wouldn't go back!

Francesco saved our lives!! Our plane landed in Cancun at night and we hadn't booked anything as we didn't know if we would have time to catch the last ADO to Playa del Carmen. I called at least 7 places that were on the map and everything was complete. Pakal-na was the last one I decided to call and he had a free and cheap studio! Francesco communicated by whatsapp immediately from the beginning, super friendly, and promised to wait for us until after midnight when we arrived at the accommodation. The taxi from the ADO terminal is 50 to 100 pesos. The studio has everything: bathroom, toaster, stove, microwave, cutlery and plates, etc. It was VERY clean and very quiet. There was hardly any water coming out of the sink but the shower was very good! You can't ask for more for 600 pesos! We had a phenomenal breakfast at the small table and chairs that the studio has and we left delighted to have found this place. We feel safe in the neighborhood at all times. Thank you Francesco!
