There is no sign indicating that there is a point of sale. You literally have to ask inside the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta dentro de la misma tienda de YAYAS, solo hay una persona atendiendo y si hay alguien en la tienda viendo zapatos no te venden boletos, SOLO TE VENDEN BOLETOS SI NO HAY NADIE VIENDO ZAPATOS DE LA TIENDA :(
It is inside the same store of YAYAS, there is only one person attending and if there is someone in the store watching shoes they do not sell tickets, ONLY SELL TICKETS IF THERE IS NO ONE SEEING SHOES OF THE SHOP :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sé porqué siempre cobran comisiones para la compra de boletos que de por sí ya son caros. Incluso comprando a la entrada del Josefa hay comisión por boleto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre mis boletos recién, sin problema los dieron, sin embargo el tipo que está atendiendo es súper mal encarado y pesado, e-ticket está dentro de la tienda yaya's, y nos dejó esperando mientras él acomodaba unas cajas, muy mal servicio, si nos atendió y vendió los boletos pero con una cara de flojera que de verdad se le caía, la calificación es para el tipo, e-ticket en sí es rápido todo.
I bought my tickets just, they gave them no problem, however the guy who is attending is super bad faced and heavy, e-ticket is inside the yaya's store, and he left us waiting while he arranged some boxes, very bad service, yes we he attended and sold the tickets but with a lazy face that really fell off, the rating is for the guy, e-ticket itself is fast everything.
