In a proof meeting I had requested to see second proof with a different pantone color before confirming to produce the Purchase Order - instead they skipped showing me the proof and proceeded to produce 2,500 of the color requested only as a sample without having showed me a proof. When I asked what went wrong, they did everything possible not to hold themselves responsible for their error or intention and insisted that we submit a new purchase order for them to correct the order and otherwise they would not release the finished labels unless everything was paid for. They will do anything to up-charge you be aware.
