★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención muy amable, pero sólo hay una persona, y si hay fila, avanza lento. Lugar limpio, pero sofocado por falta de ventilación. Casi imposible estacionarse ahí, hay que hacerlo en la plaza enfrente.

Very friendly attention, but there is only one person, and if there is a line, it moves slowly. Clean place, but suffocating due to lack of ventilation. Almost impossible to park there, you have to do it in the square in front.

Terrible service in general of the route, the buses do not arrive on time, you always leave with hours of delay, I do not recommend that they travel by that line

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had no issues . Took the bus from Mexico City to Guadalajara. The bus drops you off though in an empty parking lot late at night. I did see a policeman there who helped me with my Uber.
