★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fueron mis papás y mi esposo a comprar unos boletos y la chica q está atendiendo muy grosera le compraron boletos de cdmx para nuevo Vallarta obviamente los compraron en esta sucursal porque de ida viajarán a cdmx en avión y de regreso en ETN y solo les quería dar un folio para abordar desde cdmx mi esposo le dijo q no q necesitaba los boletos impresos porque en cdmx luego se ponen de sangrones q no te quieren dejar abordar si no traes el boleto y para evitar eso mi esposo los quería impresos y la chica hizo su Geta de molesta osea ese es su trabajo , aparte de caros los boletos porque realmente lo vale la unidad tienes q lidiar con el genio del personal solo es eso pongan atención a su personal
My parents and my husband went to buy some tickets and the girl who is attending very rudely bought CDMX tickets for Nuevo Vallarta obviously they bought them at this branch because they will travel to CDMX by plane one way and back by ETN and I just wanted to give them a piece of paper to board from cdmx my husband told him that he didn't need the printed tickets because in cdmx then they get all bloody that they don't want to let you board if you don't bring the ticket and to avoid that my husband wanted them printed and the girl did her Geta annoying I mean that's your job, apart from the expensive tickets because the unit is really worth it you have to deal with the genius of the staff that's just it, pay attention to your staff

The bus was fitted out to a high standard. Power Plugs for phones etc are local. So you can’t just charge something with USB. Tv tablets with games movies and tv shows are all in Spanish. Other bus companies have English and Spanish. Bus is cooled with AC and declining chair. Very comfortable for long distance journeys. Bus WiFi was three networks none of which worked at any point of The journey.During the journey my chair broke so it was stuck in recline, the bus was stopped randomly by a police car, unmarked police boarded the bus and randomly interrogated people sleeping. Checking bags and over head lockers. The driver of the bus made no announcement these men carrying guns where entering the bus. Bus arrived 110 minutes late.
