★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my 2nd time using this service and sadly, it will be my last. First off, when you book online, it seems like you are going to be picked up by a classic black truck. Instead. we were picked up in white truck with writing all over it. Not what we wanted or expected. Secondly, we paid over $180 for a round trip to a resort only 20 minutes from the airport. When we arrived, we realized that the resort info was incorrect. The correct resort was 27 minutes away. They charged us an additional $45 cash! Complete rip off and certainly not worth over $220 for a 27 minute ride

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The wait was short, the driver was polite and the ride was smooth. Their drivers don’t beg for tips like others did (that’s why I left good tips) and overall it was a great experience. They only downside is that they say you get a soft drink when booking premium, but we got none.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great communication & pricing! Their pricing was the most affordable we could find and their communication was excellent with email, text & WhatsApp reminders. Plus they were prompt and gave a lot of detail on where they would meet us and what to look out for, which is helpful when you hop off a plane in a foreign country and everyone is screaming "taxi!" at you. Overall great experience and we would totally use them again!

Got a confirmation email with my pick up time from the hotel, I needed to change the time to make it earlier so called the phone number in the email, they answered in no time, the customer service rep changed the time as requested and I got an email instantly.
The shuttle bus came on time and the driver was very professional and friendly.
They have a WhatsApp number in case of any questions and so. They respond quickly.
Recommend their services for affordable and reliable transportation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a round trip private shuttle from Cancun Airport to Tulum!! Our driver was Rodolph! He was super nice! Told us about popular spots along the way! Stopped & let us use the restroom even paid for our drinks in his pesos! We ended up of course tipping him really good!
Our return driver was Mr. Sanchez and he was on time! He was actually early! But he got us to the airport safe and sound! Will book them again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had planned on taking a bus to Bacalar, but the bus schedule timing did not work out. As a last resort, we ended up taking eTransfers. It was a good decision. Our driver was fantastic, and much more helpful than we expected (such as helping us get SIM cards and finding a quick stop along the way for some late tacos.) It was a very long drive--but it was fun the entire way, with fun music, and conversation. We hadn't expected the transportation would be one of the highlights of our trip, but it was. We did feel quite bad that he had to drive back the same distance, and it was so late at night. We'll always be grateful for his help and kindness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend! Used for both transport to hotel and to airport and they were safe, clean and kind. When I originally arrived in Cancun there was a mishap with the company I originally booked my transport with, and I was left stranded. I was able to quickly book a private e-transfer shuttle online, and was immediately ushered to my car. They are easy to find when you get out of the airport, and the employees are very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service! We had another service cancel on us at the last minute so we were desperate to find a replacement. I can across eTransfers through a google search and I’m so happy I did! I was paying $40 per person with the other service and eTransfers only charged me $50 for the entire trip. We had to leave the resort at 4:30 am so I was concerned if they would be there in time. I then received a courtesy call and text message telling me the driving had arrived on time. The driver was courteous and professional. He loaded all our luggage and helped my 88 year old mother board the vehicle. If you are looking for a dependable and professional service, look no further than eTransfers.
