Traes tu unidad a servicio y te dicen que a tales horas te informan del costó y si lo autorizas, resulta que no te dan los informes y les preguntas y nadie te dice nada, para que al final ya te digan que ya está lista tu factura y que pagues en caja! Mal atención del personal en general!! Esto fué hace 7 meses. El día de hoy ( 16-04-20) traje la unidad a cambiar la batería, llegué a las 9am, la recibieron a las 9:10am y siendo las 15hrs no han podido entregarla, solo para cambiar una batería!!
Terrible service! You bring your unit to service and they tell you that at such hours they inform you of the cost and if you authorize it, it turns out that they do not give you the reports and ask them and nobody tells you anything, so that in the end they already tell you that your bill is ready and pay in cash! Poor attention from staff in general !! This was 7 months ago. Today (04-16-20) I brought the unit to change the battery, I arrived at 9am, they received it at 9:10 am and at 3:00 pm they could not deliver it, only to change a battery !!
