★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención del vendedor, no te dirigen palabra, si no tiene el modelo no te quiere dar ni un buenas tardes, lo que dicen aquí es correcto, pésimo servicio a clientes.
Terrible attention from the seller, they don't say a word to you, if they don't have the model they don't even want to give you a good afternoon, what they say here is correct, terrible customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando vas a verlas para saber si te decides por comprar...te atienden segun te ven. Una vez que les dices me la llevo cambia la actitud...te atienden de lo mejor. Eso está mal...los vendedores deberían hacer que tú estés 100% seguro de que te llevas la mejor marca y calidad ya que no son motos y bicicletas nada baratas. Tener más tacto en el trato con un posible comprador...en ellos está el que tú te decidas a comprarles o no. La atención postventa en cuanto a servicios a sido muy buena por parte de Daniel y el personal a su cargo y han sido cumplidos en cuanto a garantias.
When you go to see them to know if you decide to buy ... they tend to you as they see you. Once you tell them I take it, change the attitude ... they treat you for the best. That's wrong ... sellers should make you 100% sure that you get the best brand and quality since they are not cheap bikes and bicycles. To have more tact in the deal with a possible buyer ... in them is the one that you decide to buy them or not. The after-sales service in regards to services has been very good on the part of Daniel and his staff and they have been fulfilled in terms of guarantees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precios excesivamente caros al triple de lo que puedes enconcontrar las piezas en otro pais son muy aprovechados por ser la unica agencia en jalisco en verdad urge que les hagan competencia para que mejoren su atencion y sus precios tan elevados la verdad eh preferido pedir las refacciones de otro pais ya que tardan lo mismo que ellos en entregarme y los precios son mucho mas bajos
Excessively expensive prices three times what you can find the parts in another country are very used for being the only agency in Jalisco, it really is urgent that they compete with them to improve their attention and their prices are so high, the truth is that I preferred to ask for the spare parts of another country since they take the same time as them to deliver and the prices are much lower

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a new KTM from here. They were really helpful and made the transaction easy. Lots of bikes in stock and a reasonable selection of accessories. Just don't expect to find much in large sizes. The salesman speaks excellent English which was a big bonus.
