★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confiaba mucho en este taller hasta que la última vez que fui me salieron con la historia de que uno de los empaques del eje pasante se había roto "solo". Me dijeron que no afectaría en nada. Al subirme a la bici noto que el cassette está "atascado" con la cadena: no había rueda libre y la maza simplemente no sonaba cuando es una maza tronadora.
La llevé a otro taller y me dijeron que habían "limpiado" y lubricado la maza solo con DW-40 algo que NO SE HACE; ahí mismo me señalaron que FALTABA OTRA PIEZA MÁS, los empaques que asegura el cassette al eje con la maza. Hoy tengo que apretar manualmente cada vez que uso la bicicleta para que no baile el centro del eje.
A la fecha esa maza no ha vuelto a tronar como antes de llevarla con ellos.
Insistí posteriormente para que me devolvieran las piezas faltantes y el Sr. Fernando estuvo dando largas hasta que simplemente me cansé de pedirle lo que es mío.
Me da mucho coraje porque es una bicicleta en la cual invertí mucho y que le confié a "expertos".
I trusted this shop a lot until the last time I went I got the story that one of the thru-axle gaskets had "alone" broken. They told me it wouldn't affect anything. When I get on the bike I notice that the cassette is "stuck" with the chain: there was no freewheel and the hub simply did not sound when it is a thundering hub.
I took it to another shop and they told me that they had "cleaned" and lubricated the hub with only DW-40, something NOT DONE; Right there they pointed out to me that ANOTHER PIECE WAS MISSING, the gaskets that secure the cassette to the axle with the hub. Today I have to manually tighten every time I use the bike so that the center of the axis does not move.
To date, that mace has not thundered again as it did before taking it with them.
I later insisted that they return the missing pieces to me and Mr. Fernando was dragging his feet until I simply got tired of asking him for what is mine.
It makes me very angry because it is a bicycle in which I invested a lot and that I entrusted to "experts".

Después de 9 meses viajando por Mexico por bici, este es el único taller que me estafó. Compré nuevas estrellas para la bici de mi esposa para subir la Sierra Gorda más fácil. Cuándo el dueño me cargó, se cruzó el precio para cambiarlo a un mucho más caro porque "el valor del peso se cambió". Pero el parte fue de 2010 y no es hecho nada mas.
After 9 months cycling through Mexico, this is the only bike shop to scam me. I bought a new cassette for my wife's bike to make climbing the Sierra Gorda a bit easier. When the owner charged me, he crossed off the original price in front of my face and changed it to a much higher price because "the peso value changed." But the part was bought way back in 2010 and isn't even made anymore. That's just not how things work. I've asked other places if they do that and they were shocked.
