★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely shocking service. The other reviews are accurate. My phone had a cracked screen and water damage I explained I was leaving in 3 days. He said he would fix it, then the next day said it would be $1000 pesos more $4400 total to fix it for the following day.... and on the following day(3rd day) said he needs 2 more days... I got my phone back unfixed. If he would have told me on the first day he couldn’t fix it I could have taken it somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really easy, I called the lady who was so helpful and spoke perfect English, I told her the exact issue with my phones and after the call, she text me the prices based on the phones i needed fixed. I came by to drop the phones off 20 minutes later and since it was already quite late she said I could pick it up the next day. The technician even came in on his day off so that I could collect my phone! Phone works perfectly, like it's brand new (and it was in awful condition!) $1600 pesos for an Iphone 7. It's only a little shop and not well sign posted but she will help direct you. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely shattered my phone while on vacation in Cancun. I immediately reached out to this company to get a quote on if it was possible for them to replace. Let me just tell you, the customer service is amazing. I first spoke to a very kind woman over the phone & she told me to text her details. Throughout the whole process she kept me well informed and was super fast to respond. The best part is the repair technician came to my hotel to fix my phone!! The technician took my phone to the shop (which, I will admit did make me a little nervous) but came back 1.5 hours later with my repaired phone! It works like it’s brand new. Highly recommend! And the price was very reasonable. Thank you!

I confess, I had my doubts about having a stranger come to my home and take my tv to repair…
The technician is thorough, fast, truly door to door service. And was able to refurbish my tv 100%, all other repair technicians had approximated a 90% success possibility
My tv has had absolutely no problems since he delivered it back to me nearly 2 months ago
I am looking forward to having my laptop fixed next…
I am so happy to have found this service available
I highly recommend this service. Especially for those who do not have their own form of transportation or just lead an extremely busy lifestyle
