★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad muy mal servicio de atención al cliente en la transportación del Hotel al aeropuerto. Nos hospedamos en el Hotel Las Brisas de Huatulco y no nos dieron cupón de traslado, ni avisaron a que hora pasarían por nosotros. Me comuniqué cpn ellos y la persona me atendio muy mal.
The truth is very bad customer service in the transportation from the Hotel to the airport. We stayed at the Hotel Las Brisas de Huatulco and they did not give us a transfer coupon, nor did they tell us what time they would pick us up. I contacted them and the person treated me very badly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una mala experiencia me perdieron las maletas y nadie se hace responsable viaje a España y dos días antes de regresar me informaron que no podían hacer nada para recuperar las maletas, contrataron un servicio de paquetería que no cumplió con la entrega y ahora me dicen que yo me haga cargo ya que estoy en México.
Además de que su logística implica muchos cambios de bus no les importa meter a 70 pasajeros en uno de ellos, teníamos cenas que no se incluyeron de verdad pésimo servicio.
Tengan cuidado al contratar a esta empresa.
A bad experience they lost my bags and no one is responsible trip to Spain and two days before returning they informed me that they couldn't do anything to recover the bags, they hired a parcel service that didn't deliver and now they tell me that I I take charge since I'm in Mexico.
In addition to the fact that their logistics involve many bus changes, they do not mind putting 70 passengers on one of them, we had dinners that were not included, really terrible service.
Be careful when hiring this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primero, nos retrasaron el vuelo DOS veces, así que llegamos 8 horas más tarde de lo anticipado. Luego al llegar al aeropuerto, tuvimos que esperar 45 minutos a que nos recogieran y el hotel está a media hora del aeropuerto. Mejor escojan un hotel más cerca. Me dejaron bien fastidiada. Perdimos un día entero solo esperando por todos los retrasos. No pero no. Inaceptable. Decepcionada estuve.
First, our flight was delayed TWICE so we arrived 8 hours later than anticipated. Then when we arrived at the airport, we had to wait 45 minutes to be picked up and the hotel is half an hour from the airport. Better choose a hotel closer. They left me very upset. We wasted a whole day just waiting because of all the delays. No but no. Unacceptable. I was disappointed.
