Trappers They rented me a pretty bruised car with a tiny slap on the windshield of the glass covered by one of the windshield wipers. Very small almost imperceptible (it should be noted that no photo of the car was sent to me by e-mail). I didn't care about how small it was but I didn't realize that the blows on the crystals can crack with the vibrations and the temperature changes ... which is exactly what happened on the third day. When we delivered the car to the agency they told us that that crack in the glass was not. We tried to make them understand that what was there was the chinazo and the slit opened because of that chinazo that I already had. We showed them the photo of the chinazo and they accused us of fakes, instead they showed us some photos from afar that they doubtfully had it shortly before receiving the vehicle. In them obviously the glass slit was not seen because as I told the person in charge until in 3 occasions the only thing that he had was a millimeter chinazo, but he continued with an amazing stubbornness saying that the slit was not seen. In the end, fearing that they will charge us more with the excuse that the glass slit was not visible in the photos, I decided to go through the hoop and pay about 1850 Mexican pesos for the damage (above, the person in charge had the courage to say that I left it at that price as a favor). In short, a shame. It is not the first time that I have problems with this company. Check each part of the vehicle to the millimeter before driving it and try not to be scammed like me.

Terrible experience. The girl who attended us did not tell us that if you are a foreigner, your passport is required to rent a car. We spent more than $ 500 pesos to and from the airport from Bosques Del Prado. Also, when we arrived it took us 40 minutes to wait to be served. When we tried to go to the branch in Plaza Santa Fe, it was closed even though it should have been open. We assume that the branch manager decided to leave early without notifying anyone because the airport managers could not contact him either. Terrible communication between the two branches. We had to go back to the airport for the third time. When we delivered the car, they charged us for a whole day even though we had only used it for 17 hours. According to them, it is considered a whole day. When we tried to stay with the car for the remaining 7 hours, they told us that since they had already accessed our reservation on their tablet, they had to continue with the return process and we could not use the car for the last 7 hours that They charged us. It was all super stressful and frustrating. 1/10 - I would not recommend or rent from here again. It is better to pay a little more with a more trusted company such as Avis, Enterprise or Budget.

They exceeded expectation. When you rent a car you are always afraid that they will give you a pig in a poke or get excessive charges, but I must say that everything was very transparent with this agency, everything was fulfilled as it was contracted online and they gave us a better car because the one we had hired was dirty and it was a practically new car and of a better range. The staff were friendly and waited for us to arrive even though it was after their closing tour. Friendly and trustworthy.
