★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de la sucursal del novahotel tengo una semana q entregue el auto y n m han podido resolver el problema de un deposito me dicen q ya lo enviaron y q hiba a aparecer depositado y nada la srita q atiende ahi ya n atendió el teléfono y el muchacho se la pasa negandomela cuando yo se q esta ahi no me resuelven absolutamente nada hablo a servicio al cliente y m dicen q en la sucursal donde lo rente de deben de ayudar y en el hotel me dicen q ellos n pueden hacer nada me dicen q el problema es del banco y los de servicio a cliente m dicen q los del hotel me deben d resolver

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Europcar esta dentro del hotel Novotel, Europcar en cualquier sucursal es un mejor servicio que el de hertz. Es más flexible, tiene mejores precios, mejores autos y la gente en general siempre es amable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, me cobraron seguro adicional al que ya habia pagado, me entregaron un automóvil diferente al qje rente. Pero, peor aún, me cobraron al final supuesta llegada tarde y otros cargos totalmente falsos por valor adicional de 3000, no renten nunca ahí por favor
Terrible service, they charged me additional insurance to the one I had already paid for, they gave me a different car than the one I rented. But, worse still, they charged me at the end supposedly late arrival and other totally false charges for an additional value of 3000, do not ever rent there please
