Europcar Car Rentals in Guadalajara Centro - 44520 Guadalajara

Not very good exp/ car that I rented was not clean nor wash and fare mor, car was gaving to me with NO Engn. Oil, I have to put ONE L. Out of my own Money.. shame on you..Europcar..

The car they gave me was a piece of junk! It had NO steering oil nor engine oil! I had to put some on and pay out of my pocket. Also, the tiers were horrible. Just bad experience over all.

Don't go here unless you look like a WASP or European! Waited more than half an hour. Was ignored for a blonde German couple. Would recommend somewhere else.

Very good service, we got car on rent, but we were not comfortable driving it due to opposite direction habits, when we returned after an hour after driving 8-10 kms almost, they accepted it without charging anything except 10 pesos transaction charges.

Worst experience, don’t book with them first we didn’t have on the description and they give us one really small without the backup mirror not working and not alarm or electric locks u need to do it your self and then they try to charge us more for the fuel when we return the car, good thing that I have a picture with me, don’t go with them is the worst Costumer services and vehicles In all vallarta

Renters beware! Had a similar experience in regards to my insurance supposedly not being covered in Mexico (booked and​ insured through​ Expedia​) plus american express cardholder that covers international car rentals, but whatever I figured you can't​ be over-insured​ so I bought the insurance they offered and only because I waited in line for over an hour. They hand me the car, but I insit we do a walkthrough​, and I point out some scratches, light dents, they marked em and I drive off. When I​ returned the car (4:00 am two days later) they were drinking on the job and accused me of damaging the vehicle. They wouldn't​​ accept the damages that were previously​ disclosed and accused me of not only damaging the vehicle​ but of having changed the hubcaps. I showed them the video I recorded when I received the vehicle (broad daylight, with every scratch and dent clearly visible on the video) and they were still giving me a hard time. Oh,​ and their insurance supposedly wouldn't​ cover the damages and wanted to use the deposit previosuly placed on my credit card. Their branch manager was a joke, so I contacted Europcars corporate office, and once I told them I had a video and that I would be more that happy to share it with them they seemed to show better interest but I still concated my bank, expedia and everyone else I could and was lucky enough that my credit card was not charged. And I dont give a F about Europcars dumbass copy+paste generic ass reply about being sorry n shit that everyone gets. I don't want a refund, I don't want anything from this company I only intend to warn other travelers. F... k Europcar!

The car I was giving had not a powerful engine..a 45 minutes after I got the car left rear tire went flat..

I only gave it 2 stars bc one of their employees was very helpful. But we had worst experience with them. When we got there had made reservation, the guy at counter very rudely told us they didn't have our reservation without checking... and rate he quoted was much higher than what we had been told on phone. Not until his colleague came and said yes we had reservation and rate was much lower. We did get out of there fast. When we returned the car, it was dusty... not all Streets are paved in mexico and with pandemic, I would expect car to be thoroughly cleaned inside and out regardless if it was clean when returned. Well since there was dust on floor mats they expected us to get car washed and wanted to charge us cleaning fee. Why??? They have to clean the car and wash it...is it not part of keeping customers safe? It was ridiculous ? of them being that I expect the car I get into to be cleaned between customers for our safety. We'll we refused to pay for extra charge and our credit card company agreed. We will not be renting from here next time we are in Guadalajara!
