Dicen un coche y te entregan otro... Muy Abusivos !!! Fatal Deception after deception, 'mandatory' insurance that does not appear in any law and that apply in the branches they want. p	philocci philocci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pésimo servicio, en Gdl rente un auto para 11 personas me ofrecieron dos para 10 personas siendo que se había reservado con dos semanas de anticipación y se pago anticipadamente, sus empleados son ineptos, me dejaron con un problemón , le echaron la culpa a su call center por no estar enterados de lo que ofrecen NO LOS RECOMIENDO¡¡¡¡ terrible service, in Gdl I rented a car for 11 people they offered me two for 10 people since I had booked two weeks in advance and paid in advance, their employees are inept, they left me with a problem, they blamed their call center for not being aware of what they offer I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM

R	Rachael Hennessey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is horrible they make their money by allowing customers to book a car rental, and upon arrival forcing you to buy their overpriced insurance, which costs more than the car rental itself. Even after explaining that I had insurance which would cover the charges, they hold you hostage at their office until you purchase the insurance. Do NOT rent a car from here, I cannot stress this enough.

And because you don't want to be ripped off you rather check the reviews. But after reading them you end up thinking "Maybe other people just exaggerate what has happened to them. Let's give it a try, I might be lucky enough.". So we tried! And it was exactly as bad as other people say. DO NOT RENT with this company. There is no chance not paying the insurance their employees say you need to have. No matter of what - if you have some other, or you have a credit card that covers it. There were 3 other couples with us having the same issue, trying to get some official documents from their bank. All of those documents were denied by the employees. You either pay (hundrends of dollars in our case) or leave the place with no car. We left. I can't believe this company is still ok business.
