I just called to ask a few questions about their auto rental insurance options and they hung up on me. TERRIBLE customer service! They have no idea what customer service mean.

Very disappointed with this business. We made our reservations through Expedia for a full size car to pay at our arrival with a confirmation number. When we arrived to Culiacan airport the representative told us she couldn't honor our reservation because she didn't have the car ordered available, instead she offered us a small size car for $40 + dollars a day, instead of the $7.00 per day reserved through Expedia. This business mislead the rental which doesn't explain the full fee, and doesn't honor reservations.

I called and reserved a car give "promo" price they dont explain 100% whats the charges. When got there gave me a different price too many persons giving me different prices on the spot. The person was very rude not friendly wise

If it were up to my family we would of put 0 stars! Worst experience ever ! Rude and alot of " fine print " they owe me money . They give you the runaround . DON'T BE DECEIVED! WARNING !

I have been a loyal Customer; anytime I need a car, especially international. I've had issues before regarding Contract disputes when they demand additional coverage that is not needed. It seems that it has been resolved, on the website it clearly states no hiding fees and no additional coverage needed once You pay upfront. Today Is regarding something different; This is most likely to happen internationally tha domestically. Just today I left a recently purchased Levi's Jacket on top of the back seats and didn't realize it until 6 hrs later. Called and of course no one found anything. Maybe This has to do more with employee conduct, but the Company should emphasize more when it comes to property left behind. They had My contact info, easily They could have called. Paper work that was handed to Me after returning the car had no info on the car, and they were asking specifics about the Car when Am sure they could have just looked up the info with My name, very poorly handled by the front desk. If anything changes and I get contacted, I will definatly consider adding an extra star.
