No tienen terminal para cobrar con tarjeta American Expréss y para realizar cobro con otra tarjeta el personal que está en este momento no sabe cómo utilizar la terminal. Deberían capacitar a su personal para atender de manera adecuada y rápida. Hay gente esperando para poder rentar un auto, se pierde tiempo ya que solo hay una persona atendiendo. Today I'm trying to rent a car, they can't find the license plates. They do not have a terminal to charge with an American Expréss card and to make a charge with another card, the personnel who are present at the moment do not know how to use the terminal. They should train their staff to attend properly and quickly. There are people waiting to be able to rent a car, time is wasted since there is only one person attending.

Alli esperamos media hora para ser atendidos y sorpresa, ya no son 900 sino casi 2000 mnx la noche porque hay que añadirle el seguro y si no tienes tarjeta de crédito, debe ser el seguro más costodo. Por 4 días nos querían cobrar 7800 mxn por cheveolet beat los muy rateros. Nos regresamos al aeropuerto y gracias a contactors conseguimos un carro el doble de bueno a la mitad de precio. Hay que tener cuidado con las letras chiquitas. En mi caso reservé un auto por internet con anticipación y cubrí el costo de la renta en su totalidad, cuando lo haces te preguntan a qué hora recoges el carro y les dije según la hora de llegada de mi vuelo.Por cambios de la aerolínea con casi una semana de anticipación le avisé a europcar que lo recogería 2 horas después y cuál sería mi sorpresa que me salieron con que debia pagar 4 veces más de la cantidad que ya había pagado solo por recogerlo un par de horas después (4 pm), lo peor es que ya me habían cargado la tarjeta con el monto original y si no pagaba la nueva cantidad que me pedían no me entregaban el vehículo y se quedaban con el dinero ya pagado argumentando que eso decía en la letra chiquita de las condiciones, un verdadero FRAUDE, tengan cuidado!!!
