★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como se hizo la reserva por un portal de viajes al llegar nos dijeron q ya no había autos y nuestra reservación había sido cancelada. Pésimo servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El carro en pésimo estado, no traía balatas delanteras y sonaba la alarma de las mismas fastidiando el ruido que provocaban, no tenía un limpia parabrisas (el del lado del copiloto) y cuando se usaba rayaba el vidrio el brazo del limpia parabrisas, muy sucio tanto el interior (manchas por todos los asientos y en el interior de la cajuelita que está en medio de los asientos, que tambien estaba quebrada) como el exterior del auto con toda la tierra embarrada, una llanta de cada marca, la señorita que me atendió quedo de cambiarme el auto y nunca me llamo, no lo pude sacar a carretera porque zumbaba un balero o rotor trasero, me tocó irme a Hermosillo en autobús porque el auto no era confiable y por último el aire acondicionado fallaba al arrojar el aire por qué de un derrepente aventaba bien y luego bajaba la intensidad del aire.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta caro comparada con otras arrendadoras sin embargo cuentan con autos disponibles aún cuando llegas sin reservación, te tardan muchísimo en hacerte el contrato y si quieres devolver el carro tienes que esperar a que lleguen a la oficina ya llevo más de 40 minutos y nadie llega, llamas a los números que te dejan en la puerta y después de mucha insistencia te contestan de mala gana solo para decirte que la persona llega en 15 minutos, pasan 40 y nadie llega, a ver cuanto tiempo más tengo que esperar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, una vez rente en linea y cuando llegué a recoger el auto no respetaron la reservacion, que no tenian autos disponibles, no respetan sin importar la urgencia que tiene el cliente, después prometieron regalar 24 horas gratis en una próxima renta para disculparse y nunca me la quisieron hacer válida, total que les dije quédense con su renta gratis y sus disculpas nunca vuelvo a rentar un auto ahi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, desde que reservé no me explicaron bien así que aparte de 1500 pague 400 pesos más de lo que era la renta del carro. Al llegar a la hora Acordada de mi reservación (9 am)no había llegado la señora Mirella, así que la esperamos por 50 minutos. Al llegar ni una disculpa ni nada, con mala actitud y si fuera poco ni tapabocas usaba!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booking the vehicle on line was pretty easy and fast. I knew what I wanted yet when I picked up the vehicle at the airport I was offered two different cars, one was a Kia Rio smaller than what I paid for and the other was a beat up VW Jetta. The vehicle had one missing hub cap, multiple scratches and dents. Check engine light was on and brake lights on. When reversing the car would make loud break noises. Air conditioning was barely blowing cold air and I had it at full blast due to very hot and humid weather. This is the second time I rent from Europcar Cd Obregon Airport and both were bad experiences. The first time I had to go get vehicle exchanged at downtown facility because of worse conditions including a full crack on windshield. When I returned the vehicle at airport the facility was closed. I had to wait more than 30-min for someone to come and finalize the return Will never give Europcar in Cd Obregon my business again!!! So irresponsible and careless for their customers.
