The boy told me to wait for him at the office where he parked the car. It turns out that I had a missing one which I charged 1255 pesos, bone is ansurdo. Jamar in my life would rent a car ai

They gave me a scratched car with a little hole in a seat and not even checking that it was like that ... even so they charged me ... I never rent again ... and I will make sure that no one rents ...

Te ofrecen un precio y cuando vas a Europcar a recogerlo, resulta que forzosamente debes pagar seguros que la aplicación del tercero no te explica claramente que es obligatorio y, al final, acabas pagando mucho más. Europcar dice que todo es más barato directamente en su página, pero igual se prestan a la renta por medio de Kayak. Nomás se lavan las manos si quieres cancelar el trato original. Por todo lo anterior, recomiendo no usar aplicaciones de terceros y buscar otra compañía de renta de autos en Mazatlán. Do not separate car through Kayak. They offer you a price and when you go to Europcar to pick it up, it turns out that you must necessarily pay for insurance that the third-party application does not clearly explain to you that it is mandatory and, in the end, you end up paying much more. Europcar says that everything is cheaper directly on its page, but they are still available for rent through Kayak. They just wash their hands if you want to cancel the original deal. For all of the above, I recommend not using third-party applications and looking for another car rental company in Mazatlan.

Dropping off the car was more of a problem. We asked for the total cost of the car - just to confirm. An hour later and many phone calls in Spanish - and no answers. We finally spoke to someone on the phone and got the answer that we had asked for at the beginning - but what a waste of time and client good will. We will book with someone else next time.

L	Linda Hatch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The add showed low price the catch was thier insurance policy was way pricey gpt stuck with it. Then when I returned car the said there was a chip in the windshield. Now I needed a microscope to see it. I couldnt even catch it in a photo 1 mm size no spreading they said had to replace the windshield. I could.have gotten It replaced cheaper than thier price in the US (matzatlan). My cost was 80 USD. Never again will I use them.
