A	Alex Passini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After booking our car rental including insurance the rental company tried to charge us an additional $125USD for insurance or leave a $12k deposit. I’m not sure why I bother renting from a local company if they try scamming customers.
B	Bryant Romano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. Not promising what they say online, they force you to upgrade you to a more expensive car, higher insurance rate, going from a "RENAULT LOGAN 1.6" to a "mercedez benz". Forcing one to get the insurance as its optional but sales guy wanted it to sound as if it was part of it by force. Also guy gave me an ultimatum of getting another car or you might not find another. Price went from 44 dollars online to almost 120 price for 2 days at site, not including taxes. Definitely not a place to do my business and would not recommend at all, messed up my plans but went with avis.

This is the best option for the foreign person, normally the rent of the car is used by the travelers and is a very good option. Don't forget to contract a good insurance at the same time. You can chose several options when you rent the car

Returning was quick and straightforward, but the new rental was but ready, and i was asked to drive one of the cars they had available to another europcar office located on the other side of town. After a 30 minute drive to go to this other location to pick up the car that should have been ready on the first location, i was told they did not have it and they would have someone drive a unit from the airport, so i had to wait another hour to get the car! I definitely would not recommend europcar and will look for another retail agency next time.
R	Ramon T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did rent a car online and it was supposed to available and booked for me but when I showed up they didn't have and I was forced to pay an upgrade. online I paid for premium insurance and 0% deductable but when I was picking up the car they asked for 18 thousand pesos when the website had this sign saying "this is what you pay, no hidden fees or extras" so to make long story short my card did not have that credit available I only had 900 dollars available at the time so because I couldn't pay the 18 thousand deposit they canceled my reservation but I saw the guy choose the option saying it was me who turned down the reservation and they did not refund my money back so basically I paid for something I did not get, I think is a shame they do this in Mexico, pretty much scam you with the no hidden fees. Shame on this company. look up online and you will find hundreds of complaints about this company.

We were treated with utmost Great Customer care by Veronica who was able to speak fluent in English plus the Branch manager(Jeffery) - Your dedication was beyond what we expected from Europe car . Lastly making our final trip from Puebla to Mexico City Airport was an extra service, Thanks to the Driver . We shall be booking again hope you continue the best service . The service was better than our UK Europcar service . Bravooooooooooooooooooo.
