C	Candy Candy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se los recomiendo para nada, de las 4 veces que hemos rentando, 3 de ellas han sido de lo peor la unidad que nos dieron y eso que nuestros contratos son por mes, ni así se dignan a darnos un servicio esmerado lo cuál nos hizo tomar la decisión de no contratar más sus servicios, hoy fuimos porque según nos hiban a cambiar la unidad y resulta que salieron con la estupidez de que no tenían ninguna unidad disponible por lo que terminamos que dándonos con la misma, osea que a esta unidad ya llevan 2 meses sin darle mantenimiento. En fin NO SE LES OCURRA RENTAR AUTOS AQUÍ. I do not recommend them at all, of the 4 times we have rented, 3 of them have been the worst unit that they gave us and that our contracts are per month, nor do they deign to give us a careful service which made us make the decision not to hire more services, today we were because they told us to change the unit and they came out with the stupidity that they did not have any available unit so we ended up giving us the same, that is to this unit and They have been without maintenance for 2 months. Finally NO CAR RENTAL HAPPENS HERE.

Мало того что обслуживание никакое так еще и через несколько дней, после того как мы вернули машину и у них не было никаких претензий с моей карты списали 500 песо! Ничего не объяснили и никаких чеков не прислали! На сообщения в фейсбуке не отвечают I do not recommend this office! You mention in your email that the car had no oil but at the same time say it was in optimal conditions. If I’m renting a car I expect for it to have oil already and not be something that the customer has to go and pay out of pocket to add. $65000 yo repair a car!! That is basically you wanting the down payment for a new one! Do not rent here!!!

There was a small discrepancy from their online prices versus their prices in person, but the gentleman honored the online price. We plan to rent from them in the future as long as there aren't any issues with their process or prices. I've seen some of the reviews and I'm a bit surprised but will take into account. Thankfully, we were treated fine and everything went well including the return of the car. 2017 1st time renting: Easy stress free transaction. No hassle. Just have adequate identification and the rest will go smoothly. Alejandro at the desk was friendly, professional and informative. We'll rent here again.
