We have nothing but good things to share about them. We live in town, and have occasion to rent a car every week or two. They bring the car to our apartment, where they bring us back, and our great accommodating and flexible. I highly recommend that you at least have a conversation with them if you want to rent a car locally.

CROOKED TACTICS--BEWARE! I booked a small car using Expedia from this location. The cost was $26 ($13 per day). The fine print on Expedia stated that there may be mandatory insurance based on the law/car rental company rules. After reading the fine print it appeared that the cost would be $16.99 additional per day. When I tried to pick up the car, the representative told me that the cost for the minimum mandatory insurance would be $133 US dollars for the 2 day rental!! I tried to explain that I had coverage thru my credit card company but the b representative stated that I must have a letter from my bank (credit card company) with their letterhead that gave my name, credit card number, and the specific coverage. I offered to show her my account info using my cellphone but she stated that she must have a printed letter. This obviously is difficult to obtain when vacationing in another country. The representative stated that she could not offer any better pricing because I booked thru an intermediary (Expedia) and not directly with her company. Their pricing and policies are very deceptive, BEWARE! The price you will ultimately pay will likely be much, much more than anticipated.

Awful experience! nobody at return of the car into the office for more than an hour. Never happened in my life a very bad experience like that, they billed me of several damaged to car never happened by taking direcly money from my deposit without any approval or sign by my side. Trying to adjust the issue by phone, the bad lady was screaming at me all the time, not considering I am a customer! DO NOT RENT HERE, they will try in some way to let yoy pay more than prepaid online.

Had a great experience at this Europcar after a disaster with Hertz at the airport. Ivai is the guy that helped us. We had no wait, reasonable prices compared to Airport. We got a brand new car for about 300$ with insurance and all included for 6 days. We returned the car to airport location, please allow yourself extra time as the process was not as quick as in USA and they are very serious about having all the bars of fuel to the top, otherwise 500Pesos fine. Luckly the gas station was 1 minute away. Deposit was 250$ which was held and now released by the company. Thank you Ivai for helping us.

Online experience was excellent. The on site experience was difficult, confrontational and opportunistic. They teold me that if you want to use your credit card to cover the CDW, I would have to present a letter from my credit card provider for proof. Also requested the full cost of the vehicle(that cost was not made clear) and deposit. Fully aware of the required deposit hold, but the required insurance purchase is a scam directed at U.S. tourists. Beware, not all rainbows and butterflies as you may read in these reviews. I know it's Mexico, but if this happens to a native Spanish speaker, just imagine what happens to a foreign language customer. Sad and highly disappointed.

I rented a car online for $28 for the afternoon and I waived the coverage since my CC carries full coverage. When I arrived I was told that the only way I could waive the coverage was to pay the FULL VALUE of the car up front and also produce a letter from my bank confirming that the card I owned was accepted in Mexico under insurance situation. Obviously I could not produce a letter from my bank so I offered to have my banker call them and they said that was not sufficient. Nor was a fax from my banker. I was in a hurry so I had to pay the $36 extra for the coverage. I then found out that it's something they only do for tourists. I had the hotel rent a car from the same place for me and there was no such requirement for the coverage.

If you want to participate in a bait and switch, then rent a car from here. We reserved a car and were told to come back the next day at 8am to pick it up. When we arrived we were told that the were no cars available except one that was at a higher price.

Rented a car here in August 2021. Overall we had a very positive experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We rented through Rental Cars & had insurance through there with no issues. One word of recommendation - take MANY pictures of your car and video at check out. This is wise for ALL car rentals, not just this place. Although we had no issues or questions on the return of the car, this is always good practice. Check out process was smooth, and received my full deposit back. Giving it 4 stars as I found it quite expensive for the # of days, but otherwise would rent again.
