Pésimo servicio, llegue por mi coche y resulta q ni siquiera tenían vehículos disponibles, terminaron dandome otro vehículo de mucho menor precio, y todavía voy a tener q mandar un email para ver si me hacen el reembolso de la diferencia

Realmente no es la compañía son las personas que contratan para trabajar no dan buen servicio no respetan tu reservación. Y tampoco hay un supervisor que pueda areglar tu problema y en vez de areglar tu problema te blokean.y me disen que vaya a otro lado cuando uno hase sus reservación con tiempo y bienes tus vacaciones limitadas y por culpa de estos empleados se cambia tu plan realmente la compañía debería de contratar personas realmente profesionales porque por culpa de estas personas los turistas nos vamos desebcionada

Esta compañía no tiene tarifas fijas a mi me la cambiaron tres veces ,cuando llame me dieron una tarifa cuando llegue me dieron otra tarifa después de discutir con la empleada la dejo en otro precio, que no fue el original , ademas hay que tener cuidado porque uno no revisa el vehículo y si tiene algún daño se lo cobran aunque este sea un daño preexistente y no lo reparan para que la proxima persona que lo renta pague por el mismo dańo ,está es la segunda ves que me pasa con esta compañía pero nunca mas voy a rentar en otro lado y le recomiendo a todos que no renten en esta compañía

I will recomend to call for reservations so they can gave you the total price with taxes and insurance. My negative experience whit them is the car that I rented the tires where worn out and it wasn't a good feeling driving like that.

Horrible car rental in this airport. Never again will I book with them. I rented a vehicle and they gave me a price, then when the credit card statement came they had charged an extra $150. These people are horrible money hungry company that fraudulently pray on foreigners. DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THEM PLEASE!!!!!! I would give a zero star if I could. I travel to Zacatecas four times a year and Im looking for am honest company to work with long term. Definitely not them !!!!! So upset.

Was skeptical at first after having some issues with my Budget rental. However, absolutely EXCELLENT no frills customer service. Super easy to work with. Extended rental contract twice with a simple friendly phone call at the same cheap rate I had. I only had to show up to a Europcar location to have the contract renewed once on my 3rd extension. Make sure you carry your contracts with you at all times you are driving and when you return the car. Make sure you meticulously document any damages on their paperwork prior to accepting responsibility for the car. That saved me from having to pay for a broken hubcap and some other preexisting damages (I had a clear and detailed video of the car just in case but I didn't need it). A note on savings, if you can drive a manual cars, rent one from them. I rented a 5 speed 2019 Chevy Aveo basic no frills no power anything but great AC. Not only did I get a signficantly cheaper rate, it came with 90% comprehensive, collision, liability insurance, and windshield damage coverage which is would easily have tripled the cost of the car anywhere else. Prior to renting, i asked what the "catch" was, the paperwork and contract they showed me revealed there wasn't one. It just happens that foreigners shun manual cars for some reason so they have a hard time renting manual cars out. I had 0 issues. Absolutely pleased.
