★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y atención al clients. Llamamos con anticipación para informarnos sobre los requisitos de la renta. Se les preguntó el costo total de la misma y afirmaron que serían 900 pesos.
Al llegar había varias personas esperando y sólo una atendiendo. Nos pidieron esperar. Después de una hora esperando llega más personal y estando a punto de reservar, nos piden una garantía de 14 mil pesos en tarjeta de crédito, información que omitieron en la llamada.
Les comentamos que eso no nos lo habían informado y la señorita se deslinda de toda responsabilidad diciendo que era información básica que la otra persona debió compartir con nosotros. No pudieron resolvernos nada y ni si quiera hubo un intento de. No se vale jugar así con el tiempo de las personas.
Terrible service and customer service. We call ahead to inquire about the rental requirements. They were asked the total cost of it and said it would be 900 pesos.
Upon arrival there were several people waiting and only one attending. They asked us to wait. After an hour waiting for more staff arrives and being about to book, they ask us for a guarantee of 14 thousand pesos on credit card, information that they omitted in the call.
We told them that they had not informed us and the lady disclaims all responsibility by saying that it was basic information that the other person should have shared with us. They could not solve anything and not even there was an attempt to. It is not worth playing like this with people's time.
