They dont have cars in this egency. They take your order, and make you wait 20 min ( more then an hour) until they send a car from somwhere.

don't use if your a foreigner europcar requires ridiculous insurance and tons of paperwork to make it work. stick with hertz pr loa tres reyes

Worst service! Do yourself a favor and do not rent a car here! It takes forever and the people are rude.

Everything went smoothly and the car had no mechanical issues, but when we asked to change our contract to a one-way rental and agreed to their price, they doubled it when we showed up to return the car. If you agree to a price, pay for it immediately and get a receipt. Unfortunately, this was probably classic and now we know not to use this company in the future.

This is the worst car rental experience I've ever had. Like many in Mexico they want to make their money on insurance. Having been on this merry-go-round before, I had a letter from my credit card institution stating that they act as primary coverage on rental cars in Mexico, they told me that they don't accept that and that I had to pay for extra insurance. Their web site clearly states that primary coverage from US credit cards is acceptable coverage. I called the Europcar customer service line and they told me that I should be covered, but the individual rental centers had the final say on whether or not the letter was "acceptable". After asking many times, they were unable to tell me what they do find acceptable. The added insurance cost more than the car. They're total scammers. Don't come here unless you enjoy getting screwed, and not in the fun way.

So bad it's good. Slow service, no wifi so our booking didn't go through (and no alternative, not like zicatela ever has stable internet...!), drove us to the airport to pick up the car there and it turned out the car didn't work either. Wow!

Elisabeth was very helpful, she did a great job helping us arrange a car and make sure that we are covered for everything. She was patient and kind. She is the best!

Take a video before leaving with the car if you don't want any bad surprise. The service is very very slow and so is their internet. Plan at least one hour to get the car and also one hour to bring it back.
