Big rooms and the price would seem ok but be careful since the hotel need a big update. The rooms were dirty. Old, Rusted and broken stuff all over. Air conditioning does not work. Rooms smell like were flooded at one point. Spent only one night and was because I got there at 2am. Do not recommend this place. It's like a Motel on the side of the road. Should be ranked a 1 star motel. I've attached pictures. Only some them are showing. Look the at latest pics. Avoid this place.

This is a terrible place, don’t let the pictures fool you. It’s an old, dirty place. Rooms have no ventilation and the place is in urgent need of maintenance. The elevator doesn’t work and the staff acts like nothing was wrong. Find another place to stay, trust me.

Front desk speaks English and provides good service. Very good food at the breakfast buffet. Pool not actually for swimming and appears to not have a water pump. Rooms not cleaned that well in that an old fashioned mop without a ringer can not clean that well and they use a room spray that is very heady. All of the staff works very hard.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast service staff is too. Breakfast had variety and tastes fine. The decor was a bit much (there is even "art" in the garage!) and the ceilings are low so the suite felt a bit claustrophobic. The linens were clean but the corners of the bathrooms were grimy and the towels were lacking.

There's a slight bit of wear and tear that they could benefit from repairing but overall the quality of the breakfast, size of the rooms and art in the hotel make up for it. For the price I paid it's one of the better hotels I've stayed in on a long trip to Mexico.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in my life. Firstly, check the actual pictures I took in a Premium Junior Suite! (which is supposed to be one of their best accommodations) The rooms are extremely dirty, the floor was noticeable not-cleaned in several days; even though they put a label that says disinfected, the reality is very different; I found roaches running in the kitchen, a label from a previous customer in the closet and food waste in the kitchen sink. The washroom was... terrible, mold everywhere! please check the actual pictures. Secondly and most alarming in my opinion, is that some of the personnel and most of the guests don't wear a face covering at all and they don't care, they don't ask people to follow the -MANDATORY- distancing and use of the PPE. The aisles and elevator are extremely small and gather crowds of people. Lastly, the Internet is terrible! They have an infinitum account for the whole place. This is NOT a place for working, not even for spending a single night. The only good point they deserve, is that the breakfast is very good and personnel in the restaurant was very nice, polite and they followed the rules properly, they offered us to have our food served in our room for preventing the crowd. The next day I complained and fortunately, the manager after seeing the pictures I took, she offered a refund for me. I paid for 7 nights but stayed 1 night only. -People of the hotel, PLEASE fix these unacceptable issues, this is a life threatening concern-

Breakfast was the same everyday, but it was the only thing that tbis place got going on. Scheduling a housekeeping means nothing to them as they dont honor their promise. Once the maid comes, she does a good job, but the housekeeping and the front desk will have to communicate with each other better.

Very good services, breakfast is always different dishes and very delicious. Comfortable room and excellent location in Guadalajara. They also offer tours for Tequila for instance, we met some other guests from the hotel, it was an enjoyable experience. We stayed for 1+ month
