El que esta no entra. he estado en varias sucursales en NL y esta de Chilpancingo y Europiel es lo mismo, no funciona el tratamiento, llevo un año y noto cambios mínimos, tengo dudas y me atienden a las mil y ahora llamo aquí y nada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es el peor de los servicios, llevo más de 4 años con mi contrato y no me lo quieren hacer valido. para hacer mi cambio a otra ciudad, me piden más dinero después de que ya les pague mucho y que su tratamiento que realizan no funciona. Además que acudí a la sucursal de Chilpancingo y las personas que atienden ahí son prepotentes, no me dieron resolución a mi petición. por lo que todo esto nos conlleva a denunciar ante PROFECO.
It is the worst of the services, I have been with my contract for more than 4 years and they do not want to make me valid. To make my change to another city, they ask me for more money after I have already paid them a lot and that their treatment is not working. Besides that I went to the branch of Chilpancingo and the people who attend there are arrogant, they did not give me resolution to my request. So all this leads us to report to PROFECO.

Me proporcionaron información falsa, y después que hice mi reclamo, ni en la sucursal ni en la línea telefónica mi dieron solución. Mucho cuidado chicas. Si pueden chequen otras opciones antes de realizarse algún tratamiento con Europiel.
Disgusting place, I preferred to lose my money to continue with the treatment in that place.
