NO RECOMIENDO EL LUGAR TE QUIEREN VENDER A FUERZAS Y NO TIENEN TRATO CON EL CLIENTE!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, contrate varias zonas y nunca hay espacio para citas. No me han hecho la depilación de las zonas contratadas porque dicen que no tienen tiempo. Somo te dejan reservar por la aplicación y tiempo aproximado de 2 meses para tener cita. Las que atienden siempre te quieren vender más y más y siempre insisten durante las sesiones

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NI SE ACERQUEN, el solo preguntar precios te trae como consecuencia acoso, una incómoda insistencia que parece interminable y preguntas invasivas acerca de tus ingresos y métodos de pago disponibles. Pésimas vendedoras = pésimo servicio/producto, generalmente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te cobran lo que quieren. Los contratos están tranzados y no te dan explicaciones. Te dicen que lo cobran a meses y te mienten. Y para el colmo te acosan todo el tiempo que si quieres más servicios. Enserio no usen este servicio. Solo van a quedar decepcionados y se van a sentir timados.

No dan información completa, si contrato es tramposo y no permiten cancelar ni hay devolución de dinero.
Además su aplicación no funciona para agendar y cuando buscas ayuda solo puede quejarte en cierto horario. No tienen las ganas de atenderte y es un lío. Si eres de las personas que no cuenta con el tiempo para estar buscando que la atiendan decentemente por un servicio que se pago mejor evítense la molestia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dan un pésimo servicio al cliente. Esta es la tercera ocasión que me toca valoración antes de depilarme, me hicieron volver en 1 hora y media para una valoración de 5 min. Y cuando me toco mi cita anterior se retrasaron 15 minutos justo por pasar una persona a valoración, a pesar de que llegue 15 min antes de la hora que me tocaba. Entonces ya no sabes si te van a pasar o te van a hacer perder el tiempo. También son deficientes en solucionar problemas tan simples. El servicio de depilación funciona pero atienden mal cuando ya eres su cliente.
They give lousy customer service. This is the third time that I have had an assessment before waxing, they made me come back in 1 hour and a half for a 5-minute assessment. And when I had my previous appointment, they were delayed 15 minutes just because a person passed for evaluation, despite the fact that they arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled time. Then you no longer know if they are going to pass you by or they are going to waste your time. They are also poor at solving such simple problems. The hair removal service works but they do not serve you well when you are already their client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención al cliente deja mucho qué desear desde que te aturden con tantas promociones y tantas "supuestas rebajas" hasta el momento en que estás en cabina con la enfermera y entra personal de ventas para observar tu cuerpo y empezar a "sugerirte" qué otras zonas agregar a tu paquete de depilación y en mi caso, no solo pasó en la primer sesión sino ¡en las 3 sesiones que llevo!, en ese momento las chicas te muestran su lado más amable para persuadirte, pero en cuanto comienzas a resistirte y poner límites en sus ofertas, cambian su actitud siendo completamente groseras y poco profesionales. Con esto es evidente que el único objetivo es meterle más lana a la empresa y lo último que les importa es la calidad en la atención al cliente. Además dan a notar que no hay una estructura sólida en nada, se observa una total falta de responsabilidad y compromiso. En particular, tuve la mala experiencia con Salma que está en recepción de la sucursal de Gran Terraza Coapa.
Lo más sano para mí fue cambiar de sucursal.

At that moment the girls show you their nicer side to persuade you, but as soon as you start limits on their offers, they change their attitude by being completely rude and unprofessional. With this it is evident that the only objective is to put more money into the company and the last thing that matters to them is the quality of customer service. They also point out that there is no solid structure in anything, there is a total lack of responsibility and commitment. In particular, I had a bad experience with Salma who is at the reception of the Gran Terraza Coapa branch.
The healthiest thing for me was to change branches.
