K	Karina Martínez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los resultados de los tratamientos son relativamente buenos siempre y cuando tengas la piel clara, el vello obscuro y grueso, pero la atención del personal deja mucho que desear: - He sabido de casos que pagaron su primer paquete con tarjeta, la cuál usó el personal de la empresa para agregar cargos de nuevos paquetes los cuálesno dejan anular los nuevos contratos y eliminan las citas de la persona con la excusa de no poder ofrecerle servicio porque no ha pagado el nuevo paquete completamente, siendo que el primero lo pagó de contado. Y si dejas de recibir tratamiento por dos meses dejas de tener garantía para recibir más sesiones. Todo se lo dejan a atención a clientes y estos a finanzas pero nunca reciben las llamadas de la persona que reclama. - Otros casos dónde hay personas que han tenido 12 sesiones y no han visto resultados, siendo que antes no usaban rastrillo para eliminar el vello corporal y ahora no piede dejar de usarlo por el tratamiento. - Prácticamante te acosan para que pagues paquetes nuevos,uno entiende que es su trabajo el vender los paquetes pero insisten demasiado al punto en el que te ponen de mal humor. - Cuando entras a las sesiones de la nada entra el resto del personal a la habitación contigo prácticamente desnud@ y empiezan a comentar que si estás muy peluda o no (de por sí a uno le da pena que alguien con una profesión relacionada a la salud te vea desnud@ imagínate que una persona que no tiene nada que ver ahí entre sin pedir permiso como Juan por su casa) y todavía te critiquen sobre si debes pagar otro paquete para quitarte vello corporal en otras zonas aunque no lo deseas, te hacen sentir mal e impotente; en general lo hacen tanto las enfermeras como la recepcionista y la administradora del lugar. - Te insultan sobre tu vello corporal para vender paquetes (realmente hay mejores maneras de vender algo así). - Te ofrecen promociones o paquetes durante tus sesiones de depilación, y como estás incómod@ no encuentras cómo negarte, después se ponen super insistentes para ofrecerte más paquetes del que ya te ofrecen y lo dan como un hecho que el vas a hacer el pago. - No limpian más instalaciones entre un cliente y otro. - Incluso estuvo el caso de que en la otra sucursal le quemaron las piernas a una muchacha, yo no estaba enterada de ésto cuando pagué el paquete pero cuando me enteré creo mucha inseguridad y miedo sobre los tratamientos y el que me pueda suceder algo, también como uno está sobre contrato no puedes dejar de ir, agregando el trato del personal no vale mucho la pena correr el riesgo, sigo yendo el documento. Sé que por lo mismo del incidente tienen ese comportamiento acosador para vender y ofrecer ofertas.
