★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, están tomando todas las medidas necesarias de precaución, uso de caretas, gel anti bacterial, tienen en la entrada un tapete y llevan un registro. No dejan entrar a más de dos personas a la sucursal, todo súper limpio y muy cuidado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomiendo en lo absoluto esta clínica, después de la 8 depilación de barba y bigote decidí ya no regresar. Ojalá hubiera visto el montón de denuncias y malas experiencias de otras personas antes de haber pagado por un tratamiento que no sirve, estoy igual que la primera vez que fui, quienes te atienden siempre te hostigan para que te depiles otras partes del cuerpo. Busquen en FB y YouTube Fraude Europiel, se llevarán una sorpresa.
I do not recommend this clinic at all, after the 8th beard and mustache waxing I decided not to return. I wish I had seen the pile of complaints and bad experiences of other people before having paid for a treatment that does not work, I am the same as the first time I went, those who treat you always harass you so that you can wax other parts of the body. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si por mi fuera seria un 0, me acapararon y me jalaron cuando iba pasando por enfrente de la sucursal literal me lllevaron a una oficina sin ventanas y a puerta cerrada a venderme sus paquetes que disque promocion les dije varias veces que no podia y que necesitaba irme me estaban esperando afuera y que no queria no me escucharon fue como un secuestro tuve que pagar algo para que me dejaran salir de ahi quiero cancelar el contrato pero dicen que no HACEN CANCELACIONES ojo ahi suena a estafa ademas que me agregaron dinero de mas y areas a depilar que no contrate ya los denuncie a PROFECO, les dije a sus vendedoras que necesitaba antes checarlo con mi medico a lo cual hicieron caso omiso y me retuvieron 1 hr ahi
If it were up to me it would be a 0, they grabbed me and pulled me when I was passing in front of the literal branch they took me to an office with no windows and behind closed doors to sell me their packages that I called promotion I told them several times that I couldn't and that I needed to leave they were waiting for me outside and that I didn't want to they didn't listen to me it was like a kidnapping I had to pay something to be let out of there I want to cancel the contract but they say they don't MAKE CANCELLATIONS eye there it sounds like a scam also they added extra money and areas to wax that I did not hire and I reported them to PROFECO, I told their vendors that I needed to check it with my doctor first, which they ignored and kept me there for 1 hour

Si vas a pedir informes te meten a un cuarto del que no te dejan salir hasta que no contratas un paquete, su forma de vender es completamente agresiva, no te dejan hablar, no te dejan pensar, no te dejan leer bien el contrato, lamentablemente hasta después te das cuenta del tipo de negocio que es, están muy bien entrenadas la verdad!!
Be very careful with this clinic. If you go to ask for information, they put you in a room where they don't let you out until you contract a package, their way of selling is completely aggressive, they don't let you speak, they don't let you think, they don't let you read the contract properly, unfortunately until later you realize the type of business it is, they are very well trained the truth!
