De las experiencias más desagradables que he tenido EN LA VIDA, después de tanta insistencia accedí a pasar para que me dieran informes, LA PEOR DECISIÓN.
Casi casi te dicen que eres una estúpida si no aceptas las promoción, te quieren hacer sentir mal por requerir el servicio, y te sientes secuestrada, amedrentada y vulnerada.
Al final cuando les dije que no, tomaron la hoja donde habían escrito toda la cotización y la rompieron en mi cara.
En serio chicas, evitense el mal rato y no acepten ni siquiera informes.
Lo que me paso fue en la sucursal de Puerta Victoria Querétaro.
Pero veo que se manejan igual en todas.

In the end when I told them no, they took the sheet where they had written all the quote and tore it in my face.
Seriously girls, avoid a hard time and don't even accept reports.
What happened to me was at the Puerta Victoria Querétaro branch.
But I see that they are handled the same in all of them.

Poco profesionalismo, cero recomendado.

Querían que les dejara más de $18000 pesos al momento para empezar con los tratamientos de depilación. Súper pesada la vendedora Valeria o Vanesa, no recuerdo bien el nombre y la jefa también. Se molestaron y pusieron jetas cuando les dije que no les iba a dejar dinero y no quería el servicio. Empezaron a decirme que apoco no traía ni $3000 pesos, que cuánto traía. Se me hizo de mal gusto y muy grosero. No es no y punto. Jamás, jamás contrataría sus servicios.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia, solo quería información y termine encerrada en un cuarto con una chica que no paraba de hablar, no me dejó articular ninguna palabra, su método de venta es muy agresivo e incómodo, te quieren obligar a que compres paquetes, nada profesionales ya que la chica quería que hasta le tocara la axila para que le creyera que queda hermosa la piel con el láser que usan ?. Hacen comentarios fuera de lugar tipo " a poco no traes ahorita tal cantidad de dinero".
Literal tuve que levantarme y salir de ahí porque no paraba de hablar esa mujer. PÉSIMO!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¡Mucho cuidado! Te atienden personas que no son ni enfermeras. A mediados del año pasado, me quemaron en una de las zonas más sensibles y no he parado de tener problemas y secuelas por eso. Ha sido una total pesadilla. Y no, tampoco es definitiva la depilación, llevo 7 sesiones en piernas y todo sigue igual. Además, es CARÍSIMO. NO LO RECOMIENDO. Mejor buscar servicios de profesionales para esto que realmente es muy delicado.
Great care! You are attended by people who are not even nurses. And no, hair removal is not definitive either, I have had 7 sessions on my legs and everything remains the same. Plus, it's VERY EXPENSIVE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo solo quería informes y la chica rápidamente me metió a un cuarto casi jalándome del brazo, yo por respeto entré y escuché lo que la chica me decía sobre los paquetes, todo muy bien hasta que le dije que tenía prisa para irme y no me dejaba salir. A fuerza quería que le comprara y le diera dinero y yo le decía que no tenía esa cantidad disponible para gastarlo en ese momento, y uso frases incómodas como “ay, es quincena! Cómo es posible que no tengas? Y yo con mi cara de pena! Me hizo sentir muy incómoda, literal me tuve que parar y decirle que me dejara salir y solo puso una cara de sangrona diciendo pues ahí está la puerta. De verdad que personas tan horribles, pierden toda su calidad al solo ver a las personas con signos de pesos !!
