e	erendira pérez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy se acercaron a darme informes, me llevaron a una oficina, cerraron la puerta y me dijeron que el paquete de depilación de tres áreas estaba en 35,000 aprox pero que había una promoción de un descuento del 60% y como ya conozco como son y que te dicen que todo es perfecto y que te bajan la luna y las estrellas pero como ya me ha pasado que uno compra sin saber esta vez no cai, sin rodeos le dije a la señorita que necesitaba investigar y conocer más cerca de la empresa antes de pactar algo (cosa que deberíamos hacer todos, siempre) pues ya me dijo ir y estoy aquí leyendo sus malos comentarios, feliz de haber tomado una buena decisión. El trato es pésimo, insistieron en darnos informes, cuando los rechazamos nos dijeron que si no lo queríamos era porque eramos pobres (LITERAL) y por eso ya no iba a perder su tiempo en nosotros. Rompió una tarjeta en nuestra cara y nos corrió de su tienda a la que nos obligó a entrar en un principio. Yo no pongo un pie ahí nunca más. HULK FROM HERE. No quisieron atenderme por las zonas que ya había liquidado, llegue ahí y me condicionaron a pagar un paquete que ni siquiera me han hecho para que me atendieran las zonas que, repito, ya pagué. No saben lo que tengo que hacer para llegar puntual a las citas que la app me arroja cada 2 meses, para que cuando llegue a la cita simplemente no le den la gana atenderme. Definitivamente ha sido el peor servicio que he recibido en toda mi vida. Las empleadas de ahi dan el peor servicio. Zero professionalism, the worst service I have received. La depilación no sirve, llevo más de 3 años recibiendo el tratamiento sin resultados satisfactorios. Han cambiado de maquina en 2 ocasiones y esto no ha hecho ninguna diferencia. Terrible customer service. The receptionists are very rude and never seek to give a solution. L	Liz Hernandez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una muy mala experiencia yo tenía ( porque me bloquearon) más de 3 años batallando ya que me cancelaban y me cancelaban mis citas, con engaños me dieron mi alta de cara cuando aún NO terminaba y las piernas jamás me las terminaron y ya no me atendieron, me dijeron que ya solo serían retoques de cada 6 meses y no eso NO contestan y son muy groseros. Pero eso sí en plena sesión una srita se metía para ofrecerte servicio nuevo, osea como?!!!. NO LO RECOMIENDO.... A	Angélica Guzmán on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, no contraten, en año y medio que llevo de contrato llevo 6 sesiones efectivas, más 5 cancelaciones sin motivo alguno por parte de Europiel, para que contrates más áreas si te ofrecen maravillas y una vez que contratan ni tienen tiempo para darte la sesión de todas tus áreas juntas, obviamente no he visto resultado alguno. Son un fraude, no contraten con ellos!!! Terrible, do not hire, in the year and a half that I have been under contract I have 6 effective sessions, plus 5 cancellations for no reason by Europiel, so that you hire more areas if they offer you wonders and once they contract they do not even have time to give you the session out of all your areas put together, obviously I haven't seen any results. They are a fraud, do not contract with them !!!
