No vayan es una estafa te venden los servicios carísimos sin avisar que no hay cancelación aunque no hayas recibido ni una sesión se escudan diciendo que viene en el contrato mismo que ni te enseñan el contrato tengan mucho cuidado

Los resultados hasta el momento son buenos... Pero lo negativo y sumamente cansado es: 1) Que te quieran vender y vender y no entiendan la palabra "no". Aunque me digan que me haga falta o que es necesario, se agradece el comentario pero no quiero depilarme sus zonas de sugerencia. Es un acoso como insisten para que agregues otra zona y no respeten tu respuesta de "no". En cada cita tienen diferentes descuentos, y en cada cita necesitas algo "más". 2) El hecho de quererte vender hace que entre la chica vendedora mientras te estás depilando... Caray! No existe la privacidad... Suficiente tengo que me vea una persona como para que me vea otra y me conozca lo que no... Se agradecería mucho si respetarán tu privacidad y que de una cierta forma estás "relajandote" en tu cita porque te estás tomando un tiempo para ti. 3) Por una u por otra cosa no te pueden "depilar". Ya sea porque vienes "mal rasurada" o porque no te exfoliaste bien. Primero te venden la idea de que te "ayudan" si vienes mal rasurada pero resulta que a la mera hora no porque tienes "mucho vello" y necesitas estar rasurada "dos horas antes". 4) NO RESPETAN tu cita ni mucho menos tu tiempo. Me ha tocado esperar hasta 30 minutos, lo cual es una falta de respeto hacia mi tiempo y para el colmo te entretienen más al finalizar tu cita para venderte otra zona. Según mi depilación tiene que durar 45 minutos por 6 zonas y solo duró 10 minutos... Se atrasan, no respetan tu tiempo y para el colmo terminan haciéndote mal el trabajo. Hoy tuve una cita a las 7.50pm, me pasaron a las 8.10pm. La enfermera dejo que me cambiara y tardo 10 minutos en volver. Y a las 8.30 ya había terminado diciéndome que no me podía depilar la pierna completa porque andaba "mal rasurada" y todo lo hacen porque ya van tarde con la cita anterior.

According to my waxing it has to last 45 minutes for 6 areas and it only lasted 10 minutes ... They are late, they don't respect your time and to top it all they end up doing your job badly. El lugar ofrece buenas ofertas, tiene en buen estado sus instalación pero lo demás es pésimo, en cuanto a la aplicación, su equipo de cómputo esta demacrado lento, empezaré con la aplicación, es malisimo en verdad, se traba mucho (bugs y cliches no de que se quede congelada) no te deja agendar citas, te hace cargos que no tienen nada que ver, te cancela tus citas, y todo esto es gracias a errores que tiene su aplicación, el equipo de cómputo cuando fui se tuvo que reiniciar varias veces ya que se trababa demasiado, deberían de invertir en un mejor equipo gracias.

Pésima estrategia de mercadotecnia el interceptar a la gente y bloquearles el camino. Si así son de agresivos para ofrecer sus servicios, no quiero saber que clase de servicio ofrecen. No gracias, su agresiva estrategia de captación de clientes es pésima.

** Horrible** Pésima actitud y ponen en riesgo tu salud! La enfermera literal me dijo “ yo pongo la máquina a cierta potencia si te lastimo es bajo tú responsabilidad” cero criterio y sentido común. Muy preocupante tener que cambiar de sucursal por miedo a que te lastimen! Solo son amables mientras venden ( en otras sucursales no son así) no les compren a sucursal midtown son solo comisionistas y ya que cobran su atención cambia. Mucho cuidado!
** Horrible** Terrible attitude and put your health at risk! The literal nurse told me "I put the machine at a certain power if I hurt you it's your responsibility" zero criteria and common sense. Very worrying having to change branches for fear of being hurt! Antes de contratar vi los comentarios y dije eso no me pasará a mí. Y pues por más veces que les digo en todas mis sesiones que solo este la enfermera y yo. No entienden. Se pasan todas las chicas a echar chisme y me ven desnuda. Me moleste y le dije a la enfermera Karla que me diera su nombre completo y se negó. Que así ellas trabajan y si me gusta bueno y si no me fuera a otra sucursal. Es horrible como ya pague todo mi tratamiento y de mi mamá.

Solo fui a cotizar y la chica para nada sabe vender. Grita para hablar, cuando le digo que deseo saber el precio, ya que mi tiempo era limitado, ella sigue hablando como un loro de cosas que ni van al caso. La superpromoción que me ofreció realmente no me pareció nada emocionante. Muy caro y solamente venden por paquetes. Si realmente quieren vender deben aprender a escuchar más al cliente, conocer más sus necesidades y no disparar como escopeta vieja... ¡No lo recomiendo!
