Poco profesional, pésima atención y cero tolerancia por causas de fuerza mayor.
Quise consultar una situación, quedaron de regresarme la llamada y nunca lo hicieron. Posteriormente quise comunicarme pero nunca atendieron mis llamadas durante dos semanas. Y cuando por fin me contestaron, además de atenderme de mala gana, las personas que lo hicieron no tenían idea de lo que les decía, como si no existiera comunicación entre sus empleados. Por último, nunca existió empatía por parte del encargado para comprender una situación que no estuvo en nuestras manos.
No vuelvo a contratar sus servicios. Pésimo.

Unprofessional, terrible attention and zero tolerance due to force majeure.
I wanted to consult a situation, they agreed to call me back and they never did. Later I wanted to communicate but they never answered my calls for two weeks. And when they finally answered me, in addition to reluctantly serving me, the people who did it had no idea what I was saying, as if there was no communication between their employees. Finally, there was never empathy on the part of the manager to understand a situation that was not in our hands.
I will not hire your services again. Appalling.
