En dos ocasiones no pudimos vernos con el señor encargado, y cuando llamé para preguntar cuando nos veríamos dijo que por una pista de baile no iba a perder tanto tiempo, que tenían eventos más grandes. (Que obviamente dejan más dinero). Necesitan actitud de servicio, no sólo ambición.
We agreed on the rent of a dance floor. On two occasions we could not see the man in charge, and when I called to ask when we would meet, he said that on a dance floor he was not going to waste so much time, that they had bigger events. (Which obviously leave more money). They need an attitude of service, not just ambition.

Son personas IMPUNTUALES. Te dicen una hora y llegan 3 horas después, llevan el pedido incompleto, pedí 9 mesas y me llevaron 4!!!
Los espere por 3 horas, y al momento de que fueran a recogerlas quieren q se les atienda en ese segundo que LLEGAN. Y ENSIMA DICEN QUE COBRARAN POR. LA "VUELTA" . Nosotros si podemos esperar horas para que lleguen y ellos no pueden esperar nada.
Horrible servicio.
TUVE QUE PONER 1 ESTRELLA PERO NI 1 LES PONDRÍA. JAMÁS ENCARGARÉ MÁS SERVICIOS CON ELLOS.

They are stubborn people. They tell you one hour and arrive 3 hours later, they have the order incomplete, I ordered 9 tables and they took me 4!
I waited for them for 3 hours, and when they went to pick them up, they wanted to be seen in that second they ARRIVED. AND ENSIMA SAYS THAT THEY WILL CHARGE FOR. THE "RETURN". We can wait hours for them to arrive and they can not expect anything.
Horrible service.
I HAD TO PUT 1 STAR BUT NOT 1 I WOULD PUT THEM. I WILL NEVER HANDLE MORE SERVICES WITH THEM.
