★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me emocionaba mucho realizar nuestro evento Corporativo de fin de año con EPConvenciones, nos atendió Paula Parra y la primera vez fue muy amable, pero nunca nos envió la cotización, le llamamos en 3 ocasiones posteriores y nos atendió de mala forma con respuestas muy cortantes, únicamente argumentó "Si no les he enviado la cotización es porque no hay disponibilidad, pero les envío lo que ya tengo" información que nunca recibimos. Es una lástima por la trayectoria que tienen.
I was very excited to do our Corporate event of the end of the year with EPConventions, Paula Parra attended us and the first time he was very kind, but he never sent us the quote, we called him on 3 subsequent occasions and he treated us badly with very sharp answers, He only argued "If I have not sent you the quote, it is because there is no availability, but I send you what I already have" information that we never received. Too bad for the trajectory they have.
