Este rancho de eventos llamado C&N está ubicado salida a Bahía de Kino justamente por la entrada a la Termoeléctrica, una vez ahí donde termina la barda perimetral de esta empresa, doblas a la izquierda y avanzas por 5 minutos de terracería ahí inmediatamente a tu derecha verás este rancho, al menos por lo pronto es el primero de este tipo. Lleva un auto que no se atasque camioneta, pickup,SUV, no vayas cuando llueva o acabe de llover ya que puedes quedar atascado por el lodo y lo profundo que se hacen las zanjas. Tiene vegetación propia de la zona como árbol palo verde, plantío de naranjas y una que otra vaca por ahí vagando. El rancho tiene una casa amueblada,patio amplio con 2 asadores, 1 horno para pan,barra zinc, palapa,alberca, baños, una plataforma de madera para lanzarte un clavado,sillas, mesas,luz y agua para lavarte. La renta es por día y puede ser solo el patio,solo la casa o ambas cosas, ahorita está limitado el acceso solo a una cantidad máxima de 15 personas por la pandemia de Covid 19. Ve preparado con todo lo necesario botana, comida,bebida, agua potable, desechables,carbón,verdura,postre, etc; para que no tengas que salir al Oxxo más cercano que está a la orilla de la carretera junto a una gasolinera a 15 minutos.. Recomendaciónes: 1) Cuidado con la fuente junto a la alberca tiene piedras filosas, recomiendo arreglar eso; 2) Cambiar el tejaban de la alberca por uno de metal, cuidado con las luces justo arriba de la alberca; 3)Rentalo por un día y disfrutalo con tu familia o amigos. The rent is per day and it can be only the patio, only the house or both, right now access is limited only to a maximum number of 15 people due to the Covid 19 pandemic. Go prepared with everything you need: snack, food, drink , drinking water, disposables, charcoal, vegetables, dessert, etc; so that you don't have to go to the nearest Oxxo which is on the side of the road next to a gas station 15 minutes away .. Recommendations: 1) Be careful with the fountain next to the pool has sharp stones, I recommend fixing that; two) Change the pool tile for a metal one, watch out for the lights just above the pool; 3) Rent it for a day and enjoy it with your family or friends.
