★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad estaba emocionada por utilizar sus servicios, porque empezaron super amables y que tenian la medida perfecta para lo que queria, que era un toldo.
Pero llego el dia de mi evento y primero habían quedado a las 10 am, eran las 10:10, marque al mugre ceular que tiene en la oficina, no contestaron, me mandaron un whats diciendo lo siento estaba en llamadatu toldo ya va en camino, marque al dueño porque dije bien amable y me contesto hay lo siento es que tuvieron otra entrega a las 9 pero ya van en camino, osea como si uno no tuviera que montar todo el evento después del toldo, no podía montar mesas, decoracion nada!!!!!!! Porque no estaba el toldo!!!!
Llegaron a las 10:30 es de verdad inaceptable, estoy muy molesta, porque a parte me llevo el toldo de lona y sucia osea era una porqueria de lona, me daba vergüenza!!!!! Pero ya eran las 10:30 donde iba a conseguir un toldo si mi evento empezaba 2 horas después!
De verdad porqueria de lona.....sucia!!! Los tubos asquerosos, les tuve que tapar con una tela blanca improvisada!!!!
Nefasto el servicio!

I was really excited to use their services, because they started out super friendly and they had the perfect size for what I wanted, which was an awning.
But the day of my event arrived and they had first met at 10 am, it was 10:10, check the filth in the office, they did not answer, they sent me a whats saying sorry I was on call your awning is already on the way , check the owner because I said very nice and I answer there is sorry is that they had another delivery at 9 but they are on the way, I mean as if you did not have to mount the entire event after the awning, you could not set tables, nothing decoration !!!!!!! Because the awning was not there !!!!
They arrived at 10:30 am, it is really unacceptable, I am very upset, because apart from that I take the canvas awning and dirty it was a canvas crap, I was ashamed !!!!! But it was already 10:30 am where I was going to get an awning if my event started 2 hours later!
Really dirty crap ..... dirty !!! The filthy tubes, I had to cover them with a makeshift white cloth !!!!
Nefarious service!
In my experience I do not recommend it !!!
