Cost benefit ratio, you get what you pay for, the room lacks a lot of maintenance. Don't do my event there, it was in one located a few blocks away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar en realidad no está mal. Mi calificación de 4 lo hice pensando como los hoteles, que unos son de 5 estrellas y otros de 4, de 3, etc. Algo bueno es que tiene aire acondicionado y no sufres de calor.
The place is actually not bad. My rating of 4 was made thinking like hotels, that some are 5 stars and others 4, 3, etc. A good thing is that it has air conditioning and you do not suffer from heat.
