Evoka esta en mi lindo Apizaco y créanme que he probado comida de muchas partes del mundo...pero la de Evoka va más allá de lo delicioso... Todo absolutamente todo sabe glorioso y es preparado y presentado con un amor al detalle excepcional. La verdad si tienen que ir y deleitar su paladar ?????? mi mamá super contenta????

 Well I will make a special mention for this place and for Cheff Francisco Molina and his staff.
Evoka is in my beautiful Apizaco and believe me I have tasted food from many parts of the world ... but Evoka's goes beyond delicious ... Everything absolutely everything tastes glorious and is prepared and presented with an exceptional love of detail. The truth is if you have to go and delight your palate ?????? my mom super happy????

El sabor de la comida es muy bueno ? y altamente recomendable. El ambiente del lugar es familiar o de pareja dónde puedes disfrutar de un buen cóctel o una botella de vino. Los alimentos son frescos y se preparan en el momento, se usan productos de la región para elaborar la comida.
En fechas especiales se prepara un menú degustación diferente para cada ocasión. La atención del personal es muy buena, se explica la preparación de los alimentos y los ingredientes usados para su elaboración

El sabor es interesante y muy recomendable, tarda un poco en atender pero vale la pena.
The dishes are not sophisticated and are based on local ingredients, which are grown in their garden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ambience is great. We were driving to Xalapa and found this little place on our way. We were there quite late and they were understanding enough to postpone the closing time quite a bit. The waiters were patient and observant, the best I've seen so far in Mexico. Food is surprising. Definitely try the salmon dish, splendid sauce that comes with it. The entree octopus is also really savoury.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best experiences in Mexico. The restaurant is quite hidden in the city of Apizaco, Tlaxcala. All the waiters and also the chef were kind and helpful.
We decided to go with the tasting menu with pairing and ALL food and drinks were delicious. And I am not exaggerated. From the bread and “totopos“, beverage as “Clamato”, Noe with tamal, all Mexican flavors that you cannot imagine. Below some pictures. Definitely We will come back.
