★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO SERVICIO, TUVE QUE CANCELAR MI PEDIDO YA PAGADO, YA QUE AL PAGAR MI PEDIDO ME COMUNIQUE CON EL ASESOR 4 DIAS DESPUES Y ME DIJO QUE MI EQUIPO YA ESTABA LISTO QUE YA SOLO TARDABA LA ENTREGA ENTRE 3 Y 5 DIAS HABILES , EL CUARTO DIA HABIL LE MARQUE PARA SABER COMO HIBA LA ENTREGA YA QUE NO ME HABIA LLEGADO NADA, Y ME AVISA QUE NO TIENEN UN MONITOR QUE LO TENDRIAN DISPONIBLE HASTA CASI UN MES DESPUES,Y NADIE SE HABIA PREOCUPADO EN AVISARME SINO HASTA QUE YO LLAME YA QUE NO LLEGABA MI PEDIDO. AHORA ESTOY EN ESPERA DE LA DEVOLUCION DE MI DINERO. PESIMO SERVICIO
 I LOADED SERVICE, I HAD TO CANCEL MY ORDER ALREADY PAID, BECAUSE PAYING MY ORDER I COMMUNICATED WITH THE ADVISER 4 DAYS LATER AND HE TOLD ME THAT MY TEAM WAS ALREADY READY TO DELIVER THE DELIVERY BETWEEN 3 AND 5 DAYS, THE FOURTH DAY TALK I TALKED TO KNOW HOW THE DELIVERY HAS BEEN AS ANYTHING HAS NOT BEEN ARRIVED, AND ALLOWS ME TO NOT HAVE A MONITOR THAT WILL HAVE IT AVAILABLE UNTIL A MONTH LATER, AND NOBODY HAD CONCERNED TO LET ME KNOW BUT UNTIL I CALLED MY ORDER ARRIVED. I AM NOW WAITING FOR THE RETURN OF MY MONEY. TERRIBLE SERVICE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ofrecen mercancía básica, tienen anunciado todo tipo de producto electrónico, sin embargo los productos de gama media y alta solo sobre pedido previo pago de los mismos. Osea ganan con el dinero que tu inviertes.
They offer basic merchandise, they have announced all kinds of electronic products, however the mid and high-end products only on request upon payment. I mean they earn with the money you invest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré por mercado libre una tarjeta gráfica con ellos mismos, tuve que hacer devolución ya que ni siquiera era lo que había pedido y ahora me notifica que el producto tiene algo "mal", he llamado al número que tienen para tratar de aclarar lo sucedido y solo me dijeron que me volverían a llamar(la persona de ventas) espere una hora y no lo hicieron, ahora marco y ni siquiera contestan... Lo malo que voy viendo hasta ahora que son unos estafadores, que lástima de gente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No respetan garantías, prometen 3 años y no dan ni 3 meses, tardaron además casi 4 meses en responder, los de ventas hacen lo que pueden, pero no te comunican con ningún gerente ni superior. Simplemente mal, no les compren!
They do not respect guarantees, they promise 3 years and they do not give even 3 months, they also took almost 4 months to respond, the sales do what they can, but they do not communicate with any manager or superior. Just wrong, don't buy them!

En cuanto atención por correo electrónico es muy constante. Pero si quieren una idea de mejora asesoren al comprador sobre sus productos seria un plus para ustedes
