★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace 15 días compré 2 llantas recomendadas por el vendedor,una de ellas solo me duró solo 5 días de uso fui hacer válida la garantía y me atendió un supuesto gerente muy grosero y prepotente el cual no me ayudó en nada ni me la cambio...al principio te atienden muy bien con tal de vender y después si tienes un inconveniente con su producto les vale....por cierto también se quedan con las llantas que te quitan aunque todavía estén en buenas condiciones y ni siquiera te preguntan antes...
15 days ago I bought 2 tires recommended by the seller, one of them only lasted only 5 days of use I was to make the warranty valid and I was attended by a supposed very rude and arrogant manager who did not help me at all or change it .. . At the beginning they serve you very well in order to sell and then if you have a problem with their product they are worth it .... by the way they also keep the tires that they take away from you even if they are still in good condition and they don't even ask you before. ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ deben mejorar el tema de las instalaciones de amortiguadores. lleve mi carro para que hicieran el cambio de amortiguadores delanteros y luego que en lo entregaron detecte ruido al pasar por topes y rodar por caminos irregularidades. lo lleve a los dos días para que lo revisaran diciendo que era "normal" ya que las bases de estaban "asentando" . lleve mi carro a un mecánico especialista de la marca y resulta que dañaron las bases y baleros del amortiguador al hacer el cambio. NO LOS RECOMIENDO
they should improve the issue of shock absorber installations. I took my car to make the change of front shock absorbers and after they delivered it, I detected noise when passing through stops and rolling on irregular roads. I took it within two days to have it checked saying it was "normal" since the bases were "settling". I took my car to a specialist mechanic of the brand and it turns out that they damaged the bases and bearings of the shock absorber when making the change. NOT RECOMMENDING THEM
