De cuanto son mis necesidades económicas? En qué me gasto mi dinero? Cuanto pago de renta?soltera, porque? Hijos? Le pregunté cuál era la relevancia y me dijo que ese era el proceso y en base a mis gastos me podía ofertar, y que si no me parecía me podía retirar. Obviamente me fui, ni de broma voy a arriesgar mi trayectoria profesional trabajando en un lugar donde RH viola leyes laborales desde el proceso de selección de sus candidatos.
El tipo de RH ciertamente no tiene una pizca de conocimiento sobre RH sino estaría perfectamente informado sobre lo que por ley NO se debe preguntar en una entrevista laboral.
Si los citan a entrevista, no pierdan su tiempo. Y si ya fueron, repórtenlos a las autoridades correspondientes por las mencionadas violaciones laborares, tal como yo lo haré.

Obviously I left, I'm not kidding, I'm going to risk my professional career working in a place where HR violates labor laws from the process of selecting its candidates.
The type of HR certainly does not have a hint of knowledge about HR but would be perfectly informed about what by law should NOT be asked in a job interview.
If the cited interview, do not waste your time. And if they were already, report them to the corresponding authorities for the aforementioned labor violations, as I will do.
