★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doy cuatro estrellas no porque sea un gran lugar, sino como Etnohistoriador, reconocer el valor histórico que representa para la ciudad y Puerto de Veracruz, un lugar construido en 1625, el gobierno del estado adquirió el predio en el 2015, pero por desgracias esta en el abandono total y sería de un gran valor histórico social que en verdad pudieran rescatarlo y preservarlo como se debe, pero que por desgracia la nula atención de las autoridades y falta de investigación está destruido por el tiempo.
 I give four stars not because it is a great place, but as an Ethnohistorian, recognizing the historical value it represents for the city and Puerto de Veracruz, a place built in 1625, the state government acquired the property in 2015, but unfortunately it is in total abandonment and it would be of great historical and social value if they could really rescue and preserve it as it should, but unfortunately the lack of attention from the authorities and lack of investigation is destroyed by time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está en el abandono. En verdad han conservado muy mal el patrimonio arquitectónico de Veracruz. Eso no habla bien de la gente que habita en una ciudad.
It is in abandonment. They have really poorly preserved the architectural heritage of Veracruz. That does not speak well of the people who live in a city.
