Esta legendaria hacienda se ubicaba en el valle de Actopan, en el estado de Veracruz. Fue adquirida por Manuel Parra Mata, un comerciante procedente de Pachuca, Hidalgo en el año 1928, con la finalidad de instalar un ingenio para producir azúcar y alcohol.
A Parra le tocó vivir el segundo período del gobernador de Veracruz Adalberto Tejeda Olivares, azote de la Iglesia católica y de los terratenientes, por lo que ya convertido en uno de estos formó una asociación para defenderse de las guerrillas campesinas que mandada contra los hacendados el propio gobernador, la llamada "Mano Negra".
Almolonga Treasury
This legendary farm was located in the Actopan Valley, in the state of Veracruz. It was acquired by Manuel Parra Mata, a merchant from Pachuca, Hidalgo in 1928, with the purpose of installing a mill to produce sugar and alcohol.
Parra had to live the second period of the governor of Veracruz Adalberto Tejeda Olivares, scourge of the Catholic Church and the landowners, so that already become one of these he formed an association to defend himself from the peasant guerrillas that sent against the landowners the Governor himself, the so-called "Black Hand".
