La Plataforma Integral de Atención Ciudadana (PIAC) es una herramienta digital mediante la cual los ciudadanos podrán realizar sus peticiones de manera digital, tales como solicitudes, sugerencias, consultas, avisos y quejas a través de diversos canales de contacto como llamadas, chat, WhatsApp, portal web, correo electrónico y de manera presencial, creando así un número de folio con el cual la ciudadanía tendrá la facilidad de dar seguimiento al avance de la atención a su petición por parte de las autoridades municipales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es precioso, con motivo de la feria de Córdoba hay exposiciones, actividades como talleres y presentaciones de danza y música. También está el museo interactivo de la caña, pero el simple hecho de recorrer el lugar ya es una gran experiencia.
 The place is beautiful, on the occasion of the Cordoba fair there are exhibitions, activities such as workshops and dance and music presentations. There is also the interactive cane museum, but the simple fact of going through the place is already a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice venue for a quick visit. The entrance was free and it is located within 10 min from downtown. Parking is available in the street. There was lack of staff so it was a self-guided visit. A small museum was opened. But the must is the architecture of the place which used to be a sugar cane factory. There was a small shop selling some handcrafts but no one was available. Overall, a nice spot in Cordoba.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice place with a very friendly cat. I wasn't sure if it was actually open though. Someone let me in and I signed some book and he took a picture of me, but it didn't seem like the regular entrance and it was closed after I and another group went in.
